Initial Discussion

Over the telephone, by email, post, or by meeting in person; we strive to understand your needs and objectives whilst ensuring you feel comfortable with us and understand our business.

We would recommend you visit the area you are interested in. We will happily arrange this for you, if you wish. This allows you to assess our quality of work and be confident in our skills.

Property Finding

Once we fully understand your needs and goals and you reflect an interest

We will provide you with details of any suitable properties that we find in the respective area.

In the case of already built property we will provide an estimate of works needed to take the property to a lettable condition, we will also provide an estimate of what we believe the gross income will be using our letting agent’s estimates.

Selection and Purchase

Once you decide to proceed with a purchase, we can recommend independent surveyors, solicitors, mortgage and insurance brokers, if you wish. Alternatively you can use your own. We will, at this stage, require a form to be signed and returned, agreeing our terms and conditions.

Post purchase

Refurbishment: If Necessary works can be undertaken by ESK Construction.

Lettings and Management: All properties are let and managed by Naver Property Management or Turret Property Management. Properties are typically marketed for letting in the last days of refurbishment, reducing any void potential.

Sales

It is important that there is an exit strategy for your investment. We will be happy to advise on the sale of a single unit or a large portfolio.

Fees

Our fees are available on request. We believe that our fees represent fair value.
