NaverWe are particularly active in the terraced market in Hull and Naver Property Management has in excess of 450 properties under management.

We carefully select and research areas and developments for our clients. Recently we have been active in Hull, Lincoln, Manchester (Salford Quays), Corby and Newark.

Why areas of regeneration?

A: PRICES: Are low in absolute terms and relative to other cities, we are most active in terraced properties with typical prices of £55,000-85,000, and newbuild/offplan properties sub £150,000.

B: RENTAL YIELDS: There is strong demand for rental property, and one can attain rental yields of 6% plus.

C: REGENERATION AND INWARD INVESTMENT: These areas benefit from large long term regeneration programmes with private and public investment, and it is this that supports and encourages further capital appreciation.
