The group was founded by two investors with backgrounds in investment banking and building services.
Trading since 2001; it was decided that there was a need for an independent property finder; finding properties throughout a wide geographical area.
Leveraging off the back of the success of the other Group companies, Naver, Turret and ESK, TIPS was launched.
